Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• You’ll receive a confirmation once your booking is complete.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Mobile Massage Service Area

• We currently serve Knoxville, Farragut, and nearby surrounding areas.

• If you’re unsure if we cover your location, feel free to reach out before booking.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed ahead of time.

Client Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or allergies before the session.

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.

• Fusion Therapy LLC is not responsible for issues that arise from undisclosed health information.

Professional Conduct

• Fusion Therapy provides professional therapeutic massage services only.

• Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and a ban from future services.
